UltraMicroscope Blaze II Lightsheet
The UltraMicroscope Blaze II is a fully automated lightsheet microscope for imaging large or multiple cleared samples at subcellular resolution.
The large sample holder can hold multiple samples at once, which can then be imaged sequentially and effortlessly (including an entire mouse, rat or marmoset brain).
The UltraMicroscope Blaze™ Imaging System uses cutting-edge illumination optics to slightly tilt 2×3 bidirectional light sheets, with their Rayleigh lengths overlapping in the entire field of view. All six light sheets converge on the focal plane to illuminate all areas of the sample and minimize shadow artifacts. Improved optional sectioning gets the most out of the sample.
