Description of Research Projects:
- Responsible for the development and application of novel algorithms, computational models, and databases for Touchscreen cognitive behavioral data. I play a key role in designing, developing, coding, testing, and deploying our open-access database for rodent touchscreen-based cognitive assessment (MouseBytes), which was expanded to link to MRI imaging and fiber photometry data.
- Employing machine learning and deep learning techniques to analyze and interpret Fiber-photometry data and cognitive behavioral data obtained from touchscreen.
- Collaborating with neuroscientists and designing software solutions to address different challenges.
