Role in MouseTRAP: Western Advanced Microscopy Core (Western AMC) Manager & Technical Specialist

Description of Research Projects:
I am the manager of the Western Advanced Microscopy Core. I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the facility and providing technical support and training for research personnel.
The facility houses state-of-the-art microscopy equipment including a Zeiss Imager M2 ApoTome2 equipped with a MBF stereology system, a Leica SP8 confocal microscope, a Leica STELLARIS STED (Stimulated Emission Depletion) Super Resolution microscopy system, a Leica STELLARIS 5 confocal microscope, a Leica AM Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy system, a Leica SR GSD Widefield Super-resolution system and a Miltenyi Biotec UltraMicroscope Blaze imaging system.
London RAMF provides MouseTRAP researchers, the Western and London research community and clinical and industry partners with advanced microscopy imaging tools and analysis capabilities.
