Role in MouseTRAP: Research technician
E-mail: mcoto@uwo.ca
Description of Research Projects:
I graduated from The University of Western Ontario in 2015 and obtained my Associate diploma in Veterinary technology from the University of Guelph: Ridgetown campus in 2018. My previous work includes assessing numerosity in birds, as well as being a veterinary technician in small and exotic animal clinics. At present, I assist in running transgenic Alzheimer’s mouse models using touchscreen technology. We assess these mice for behavioral and cognitive deficits to hopefully one day use our data to help human populations.
